Can I send a PDF file?
PDFs are not ideal for formatting. Editable files are required to ensure proper structure, spacing, and styling. If you only have a PDF, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
What files do I need to send?
A final manuscript in Word (.docx), Google Docs, or a similar editable format. Please make sure all text edits are finished before formatting begins.
How long does formatting take?
Most projects are completed within 2–3 days after receiving the final manuscript. Larger books or additional changes may take a little longer.
Is ebook formatting different from print?
Yes. Ebook and print follow very different rules and requirements — that’s why each format needs to be prepared separately.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package includes 2 revision rounds. These are meant for layout adjustments, not major text rewrites. Major content changes after delivery may require extra time or a new quote.
